Campaign criteria

1. The promotion is only appliable to non-VAT registered merchants.
2. Only for businesses that have not registered Omise before. The merchant must complete their live account registration from 1 November 2021 - 30 September 2022.
3. The merchant must not have enabled credit/debit card payment acceptance through Omise prior to participating in this campaign. The merchant must complete their registration and activate their live account between 1 November 2021 and 30 September 2022
4. The discounted rate is applied to Visa transactions only, covering the accumulated sales value not exceeding 800,000 THB since the merchant's account is activated until 31 October 2022*

Terms & conditions

* If the sales value of Visa transactions made via Omise payment gateway accumulates to 800,000 THB within the promotion period, the transaction fee rate for all exceeding sales values will return to Omise's standard rate of 3.65% per transaction.

** The promotion is only applicable for merchants whose goods and services sold are not prohibited under the campaign's terms and conditions and Omise's merchant acceptance criteria.

The rights to receive the special service fee of 2.5% (only for Visa transactions) are reserved for merchants that complete their live account registration with Omise within the promotion period of 1 November 2021 - 30 September 2022 and whose goods and services sold conform with said terms and conditions. The discounted rate covers up to 800,000 THB in sales value of Visa transactions made from 1 November 2021 to 31 October 2022.

The promotion is effective from 1 November 2021 - 31 October 2022.

The discounted service fee of 2.5% (only for Visa transactions) is effective only within the promotion period. The value cannot be transferred to other parties nor be exchanged into cash.

Omise could take up to 20 days to review and approve your registration. If the merchant's registration is complete after the promotion period, Omise reserves the right to disqualify the merchant for participating in the campaign without advance notice.

Omise may partially disclose the merchant's information to KTC and Visa for specific purposes, such as activating the discounted transaction fee and verifying the merchant's campaign participation.

‍

Omise reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the campaign (including but not limited to Promotion Period and Privileges) without prior notice to the merchant. In case of any dispute, Omise's decision shall be final and binding on the merchant.
