High-volume merchants get even more. Unlock additional discounts by reaching a cumulative transaction volume of THB 5,000,000 within the first two months after activating Live Mode.
Special rates apply to the following payment methods:

Visa, Mastercard, and JCB: Service fee reduced from 3.65% to 2.70%

PromptPay: Service fee reduced from 1.65% to 1.20%

Remark
  • Once the merchant's transaction activity has been reviewed and the eligibility confirmed, the discounted rate will be automatically applied in the following month. For any inquiries or further information, please contact our team at support@omise.co.
  • After meeting the conditions, merchants will receive the benefits indefinitely, provided the account remains active.
  • Offer valid only for merchants whose accounts are approved and have fully activated Live Mode by 31 December 2025.

What is this campaign?

How long is the campaign running?
The campaign is valid until 31 December 2025. To be eligible, your account must be verified and Live Mode must be activated by 31 December 2025.

Who is eligible to join this campaign?
All new merchants are eligible to participate as soon as they activate live account.

When will the service fee rate be adjusted?
Once a merchant has fully met the campaign requirements, the service fee rate will be automatically adjusted in the following month.

If a merchant does not apply for Benefit 1, can they still qualify for Benefit 2?
Yes. Merchants who meet the conditions specific to Benefit 2 are still eligible to receive its advantages, even if they did not apply for Benefit 1.

If a merchant meets the conditions for both Benefit 1 and Benefit 2 within
the first month, what service fee rate will apply, and when?
The service fee will be adjusted according to Benefit 2, which offers a lower rate. This adjustment will be applied automatically in the following month.

How will I know if my service fee rate has been adjusted?
A confirmation email will be sent to the merchant's registered email address once the rate adjustment has been successfully applied.
