Omise will hold the amount for 7 days before you can withdraw it to your bank account. On your dashboard, you will find the amount under the on hold balance. Once the holding period is over, the amount will automatically be shifted to the transferable balance.

There is one daily transition of funds from your holding balance to your transferable balance. This will cover a 24-hour period, from midnight of one day until midnight of the next day.

For example, all charges that are created on December 1 will be shifted to your transferable balance on December 8 at 23:59.

The reason of keeping funds on hold is to allow a window for refunds and chargebacks.
