Can the holding period be shortened?

The holding period is set to 21 days by default, but can be changed to 1, 3, 5, 7, or 14 days if desired, after choosing from five different periods.

Merchants who wish to shorten their holding period may do so at support@opn.ooo.

Can I specify a start date for the new holding period to apply?


A prior review is required to change the holding period. For screening purposes, it is not possible to specify the date when the new holding period will begin to apply. After the review is completed, the new holding period will be changed. Please note that due to system reasons, it is not possible to change holding periods on non-business days or after business hours. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Do the fees change?


If the holding period is changed, a different payment fee setting than the default will be applied. Please take note of this point. For fees by holding period, please click here.
