The holding period varies for each card brand.
The balance in your account will be transferable after 21 days of the transaction date.
When the status of the balance in your account changes to
transferable balance, you can transfer it to your bank account.
The balance will be automatically be transferred to your bank account twice a month, 8 business days after the closing date. The closing date is on the 15th and the last day of every month.
The above period is set in order to respond to refunds or chargebacks. Please note that the holding period cannot be changed.
