There are two types of accounts, the test account, and the live account.

Deleting a test account

Send an email to support@opn.ooo and include the email address you used to register your test account. We will proceed to deleting your account within 2 business days.

If you wish to sign up for an account again in the future, you will still be able to use the same email address.

Closing a live account

After all the transferable balance is clear, send an email to support@opn.ooo and include the following information:

• Registered email address
  
• Effective date
  
• Reason of account cancellation
  
• Contact details of the person in charge after account cancellation; name, email address and telephone number.
  

Note: Omise may contact you after account termination in case of chargeback(s) or the need to verify transactions with the credit card company.

The effective date for account closing should be the date you also complete the cancelation procedure with the card company. This will be the date we block your APIs.
