What should I do if my registration information changes?

If there are any changes to the information you have registered with Omise Japan at the time of signing the merchant agreement, please report the changes or recreate your account immediately by referring to the instructions below.

Under the revised Installment Sales Act, which went into effect on June 1, 2018, Omise Japan has an obligation to keep merchants up-to-date with the latest information. We ask that you promptly respond to any changes in your registered information.

For corporations

Note: Even after existing accounts are suspended, past payment information and other information can still be accessed.
