How to apply to use cash-based payments

If you wish to use cash-based payment (convenience store payment, Internet banking payment, Pay-easy payment), please follow the steps below to apply.

Note: Cash-based payments are available only to corporate merchants. Not available to individual merchants or sole proprietorships. We appreciate your understanding.

1. Create a test account

Please create a test account here. Merchants that have already created an activated a live account do not need to create another new one.

2. Application for merchant screening

Application is required to start using cash-based payments. Please send the following information to support@opn.ooo.

Note:Merchants already using credit card payment services will also need to apply separately to start using cash-based payment services.

3. Screening

A representative from our Screening Department will notify you of the screening results by email. If your request is approved, you will be sent the Terms and Conditions by email and must sign it online.

4. System settings

Our Screening Department will set up the system. You will receive a notification to your registered email address as soon as the setup is complete.

5. Start using

You can use cash-based payment right after you are notified of the system setup completion. Please switch from a test account to a live account to start using the system. If you apply for multiple cash-based payment methods, you will be able to employ the payment methods that have passed the screening process.

Note: The screening process usually takes approximately 3 weeks. Note that it may take longer depending on the conditions of each request.

Please click here to see required documents for live account registration. If a certain period of time has passed since you applied for a live account, we may ask you to submit your identification documents again.
