How do I change my registered email address?

If you would like to change your email address registered with Opn, Please send the following information to support@opn.ooo. Please allow approximately one business day for the change.

  • Email address currently registered
  • New e-mail address
  • Reason for change
  • As soon as the change is completed, we will notify you of the completion of the change to the e-mail address you provided.

    Notice

    You will be able to log in to your Opn Payments account with your new email address as soon as you receive notification that the change has been completed. Please use your previous email address until you receive notification.

    If you have previously changed the email address to which email notifications are delivered on the dashboard, you must follow the same procedure to change to the new email address. For more information, see this article.

    Note that if you have never set up an email address for dashboard notification, this procedure will update it to your new email address. No action is required on the dashboard.
