Email address for inquiries

When you contact Opn Payments, please send your inquiry from your registered email address. Other than your registered email address, you can use the email address you have registered as a team member. Please do not send from an email address that is not registered with Opn Payments.

Why send from a registered email address?

Opn Payments identifies the merchant's account from the sender's email address. If your email address is not registered, we may not be able to answer your inquiry smoothly. In addition, from the standpoint of preventing information leaks to third parties, we will only respond to registered email addresses. Thank you for your understanding.

What is a registered email address?

This will be the email address you registered when you created your account. If you have changed your email address after registration, please use your new email address. Please note that the registered email address may be different from the email address to be notified.

What is an email address registered as a team member?

The email address that is registered as a team member on the Opn Payments dashboard. To check the registered team members, log in to the dashboard, select Settings from the left menu, click Teams, and then click Members.

Note: If your email address has changed due to a change in the person in charge, etc., we may not be able to match your account and may not be able to respond to your inquiry. If there is a change in the person in charge, please promptly change your email address.
