How can we help?

How does it work?

You have two main options when it comes to charging your customers:

Single charge

Use this method when you want to charge a card once.

  1. Credit card information is collected on the customer's browser
  2. A single charge is created on that card.

Multiple charges

If you have return customers, it may be a good idea to not ask for their credit card data at every purchase. This is how it is done:

  1. Credit card information is collected on the customer's browser (once)
  2. A customer is created. This customer can be charged multiple times.
  3. Multiple charges can be created on that customer.

After the holding period, your balance can be transferred to your account (This can be done directly from your dashboard as well)
