Remember that last time you had to deal with disputes? hunting through folders looking for logs and delivery slips… then having to email them back and forth to resolve cases.
Good news, from today you can leave all that behind. We’re excited to introduce you to the Documents API, our latest API which helps streamline the dispute management process. It allows you to upload important documents in the form of PNG and JPG images or as PDF files, and whenever there’s an open dispute on your account it works to automate the evidence submission process.
- A sales did not run as smoothly as it should have. The customers files a dispute.
- We are notified, and proceed by opening a dispute on your account.
- A notification is sent to you via webhooks to your specified URL.
- Once you receive the notification on your side, your server then submits all the documents required to turn in to prove the transaction’s legitimacy to our Documents API.
