The refund process for payments received through bill payment is slightly different to how it normally works with card payments. When making a return, you'll need to directly contact your customer and pay the full refund amount in advance.
When will you get your money back?
Once the customer pays, funds will be deposited in your Omise account and will be transferable to your bank account after the 7-day holding period.
