How can we help?
Your password can easily be changed through the dashboard. To change it, you'll need to have an Omise account and your current password. Here's what to do:
- First log in to your Omise account.
- From any page, you'll be able to access the following menu:
- Enter your current password, followed by your new password and click on
Update my password.
Whenever you change your password, you will receive an email notification with the IP address and the date of the password change, for your account security.
