  • Send your enquiries to support@omise.co
  • Available in English, Thai and Japanese.
  • Receive a response from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 (UTC+07:00).

Phone support

  • Call us at +66 2 252 8777
  • Our support team speaks English and Thai.
  • Available between 08:00 and 20:00 on weekdays, 09:00 and 18:00 on weekends (UTC+07:00), except on public holidays.

Please note that our customer support team is based out of Bangkok, Thailand.
