Yes, Omise can process 3-D Secure payments. Our fraud analysts will determine whether it is necessary to enable the service on your account based on your business’s risk profile.
We recommend that you enable 3-D Secure if:
- you sell digital goods like software, game credit or top up cards
- you face a lot of chargebacks and are unable to provide supporting evidence to overturn the cases
- you come across a lot of fraudulent transactions
- your pricing model does not require recurring payments
To enable 3-D Secure on your Omise account, please send an email to our support team. We will first enable the service on your test account. Once you have implemented the service on your test account, we will then proceed to enabling the service on your live account.
