Is Omise required to send transactional data to the Revenue Department under the new law article?

Last updated on January 13, 2020

Omise is a payment facilitator and is not considered a financial or e-money institution. According to the regulations of the Revenue Department, Omise is not required to send its transactional data directly to the department. Instead, bank acquirers, financial institutions, and e-wallet providers are required to send all transactional data directly to the Revenue Department including transactions made via Omise.
